Requirements

  • Previous retail management experience.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Collections experience.
  • Rent To Own management experience.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Initiative.
  • Ability to diffuse difficult situations with customers.
  • Ability to exceed customer expectations.
  • Heavy lifting (Loading and Unloading freight trucks and warehouse work).
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Rent To Own management practices will give you an edge as you guide customer accounts and foster positive relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Mastering all the basics of our business and eventually overseeing collections and sales.
  • Setting up captivating showroom displays that attract customers and drive furniture sales.
  • Learning our inventory control policies.
  • Supervising a dedicated staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent service and meet sales targets.
  • Fostering an energetic environment where the team can engage with customers effectively, ultimately enhancing their experience as they explore our rent-to-own options and quality appliances.
