Requirements
- Previous retail management experience.
- Previous sales experience.
- Collections experience.
- Rent To Own management experience.
- Negotiation skills.

- Ability to diffuse difficult situations with customers.
- Ability to exceed customer expectations.
- Heavy lifting (Loading and Unloading freight trucks and warehouse work).
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
