About The Position

We’re currently looking for someone with a passion for leading and caring for people to join our Manager in Training Program. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of management experience in customer service, retail or hospitality (Required).
  • Point of Sale Knowledge.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations with a clear focus on excellence, accountability, and team development.
  • Hire and develop team members through hands-on training, regular feedback, and growth opportunities.
  • Keep our site clean, safe, and operating at peak performance through preventive maintenance and attention to detail.
  • Monitor KPIs, manage labor costs, maintain capture rates and execute business strategies that hit goals and maximize results.
  • Ensure procedures and policies are followed, keeping both team and guests safe.
  • Lead by example, live the Bubbles Express values, and build a positive, high energy environment where your team thrives.
