FAST PACK OPERATOR
About The Position
The Fast Pack Operator checks daily production schedules and uses a computerized system to set up machines for shrink-wrapping specific products. Responsibilities include stacking and wrapping bags of ducts into bundles, maintaining clean and organized work stations, and loading loose piece orders onto trailers. This role operates under direct supervision, following written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks. The operator is expected to resolve routine questions and problems, escalating complex issues to others, and demonstrate an awareness of task urgency.
Requirements
- Legally authorized for employment in the United States.
- Will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
- Good verbal and math skills.

- Demonstrates an awareness of the relative urgency of tasks and responds accordingly.
- Answers basic routine questions following pre-established guidelines.
