About The Position

Popeyes in Artesia, New Mexico, is hiring a full-time Fast-Food Restaurant Assistant Manager. Under the direction of the general manager, the Assistant Manager helps the restaurant meet its goals, oversees day-to-day operations, supports the team, and helps maintain a positive, productive work environment. The role includes training staff on company processes, coaching them to provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and stepping in to resolve major customer complaints.
