About The Position

This entry-level retail team member position is responsible for stocking fashion products and supporting merchandising and customer service. The role involves hands-on work to keep assigned areas stocked, organized, and ready for customers. Team members work with store leadership and may assist with other tasks as needed to support store operations.

Requirements

• Comfort learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with products and place them in the correct locations.
• Move products from pallets or carts to shelves efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
