About The Position

We are seeking a visionary Fashion Creative Director to lead the creation and launch of an original in-house brand, leveraging a global manufacturing network and cutting-edge design systems. This role combines high-level brand strategy with hands-on design execution, providing full creative autonomy to define the visual identity, product aesthetics, and storytelling of the brand. You will act as a strategic partner, testing supply chain innovations, advising top-tier clients, and helping shape the future of manufacturing and design software. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly skilled in apparel design, and capable of balancing artistic vision with commercial realities, while influencing both internal teams and external stakeholders. This role is fully remote, with global collaboration and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the fashion and creative industries.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading creative direction or launching fashion brands, with a portfolio demonstrating both artistry and commercial impact.
  • Deep technical knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make high-stakes decisions in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
  • Multidisciplinary expertise, with experience in apparel required and additional knowledge in accessories, jewelry, or home decor a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex manufacturing constraints into actionable creative direction for teams and clients.
  • Strategic thinker capable of guiding brand storytelling, design innovation, and supply chain optimization simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote, global, and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define the brand’s DNA, including visual identity, voice, and market positioning, and ensure consistency across products, packaging, and digital presence.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for apparel collections and potentially accessories or home goods, from initial concept to production-ready specifications.
  • Collaborate with global manufacturing partners to push innovation in materials, construction, and production processes.
  • Act as a “Power User” of proprietary manufacturing software, identifying workflow improvements and advising product teams.
  • Balance design ambition with cost, quality, lead times, and scalability considerations to ensure commercial viability.
  • Provide strategic advisory to leadership on industry trends, manufacturing best practices, and design innovation.
  • Serve as a customer-facing expert, guiding high-stakes clients in scaling their own brands using the platform.
