About The Position

We’re seeking a Creative Director to lead and elevate the visual and creative expression our B2B and D2C modern beauty brand. This role owns creative vision across brand, campaigns, and content—bringing clarity, focus, and strong design thinking to every touchpoint.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Creative Director (or senior-level creative role) within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
Strong graphic design ability with a refined visual sensibility
Portfolio demonstrating focused, elevated brand work
Ability to balance big-picture creative vision with hands-on execution
Experience collaborating with executive leadership, ideally reporting to a CMO
Based in or willing to work from LA, NYC or Atlanta

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the brand’s creative vision across digital, social, campaigns, and product launches
Lead concept development and execution for marketing initiatives, from idea to final delivery
Partner closely with the CMO to align creative strategy with business and growth goals
Produce and/or oversee high-quality graphic design work (hands-on when needed)
Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all visual assets
Direct external partners (freelancers, agencies, photographers, stylists) as needed
Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and refinement with a strong eye for detail
Lead a small team of designers
