This position is responsible for driving the financial performance and sales of a designated store area by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets and expenses, monitoring merchandise presentation, and developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals. The role also involves leading and developing teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and modeling exceptional customer service standards.
