As a Fashion Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. You bring energy, style expertise, and a customer-first mindset to everything you do—from the fitting room to the cash register.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer service is considered an asset
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Availability includes evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters strong customer relationships and long-term loyalty
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, handling customer transactions with professionalism and care
- Utilize product knowledge and current promotions to drive add-on sales during checkout
- Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by adhering to brand merchandising and presentation standards
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth daily execution
