About The Position
This role is for a Temporary Fashion Associate at the Roundhouse Center. The position focuses on creating an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining store organization, and processing transactions. The Fashion Associate will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. Key responsibilities include building customer relationships, processing transactions accurately, providing personalized assistance, driving add-on sales, maintaining store appearance, and supporting daily operations.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
- Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
