About The Position

GRVTY is seeking Farsi Multi-Disciplined Language Analysts (MDLAs) to support Department of Defense and Intelligence Community missions at Fort Meade, Maryland. The role performs cryptologic language analysis in support of IC missions vital to national security. Positions are available at Levels 1–4, with qualifications varying by level.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Level 1: High school diploma and 2 years of experience; ILR Skill Level 2 or higher in Listening and Reading.
• Level 2: High school diploma and 6 years of experience, or associate degree and 4 years of experience; ILR Skill Level 3 in Listening or Reading.
• Level 3: High school diploma and 14 years of experience, or bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience; ILR Skill Level 3 in Listening or Reading.
• Level 4: High school diploma and 19 years of experience, or bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience; ILR Skill Level 3 in both Listening and Reading.

Responsibilities

• Process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT operations.
• Recover essential elements of information.
• Render translations and/or transcripts of complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material.
• Gist straightforward, factual written and/or spoken material.
