The Richard Rappa District Office is seeking a motivated entrepreneur to develop and operate a Farmers Insurance agency serving the Albany community. This is an opportunity to build a local business with the support, training, products, and brand recognition of Farmers Insurance. This is not a traditional salaried position. It is an agency ownership opportunity for someone who wants greater control over their income, professional growth, team, and long-term business development.

Requirements

Sales, customer service, business development, or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
Confidence initiating conversations and following up with prospective clients
Good organization, time management, and personal accountability
Interest in becoming involved in the Albany community
Active Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them with our support

Responsibilities

Build relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses.
Help clients identify appropriate insurance and financial solutions.
Develop referral, networking, and community-marketing strategies.
Manage sales activity, customer experience, and agency operations.
Recruit and develop agency team members as the business grows.
Establish a visible and trusted presence in the local community.
Maintain required licenses and operate in accordance with company and state guidelines.
