Farmer Success Manager – Midwest Region

MonilKansas City, MO
Hybrid

About The Position

Monil is a fast-moving company that develops virtual fencing technology for grazing livestock. Founded in Norway, the company has successfully introduced its system to livestock operations across Europe, experiencing significant growth. The Monil system utilizes GPS-enabled collars and a mobile interface to enable cattle producers to manage grazing more efficiently, expand access to pasture, and reduce the time spent building and maintaining physical fences. Beyond fencing, the technology offers enhanced visibility into animal movement and grazing patterns, aiming to improve pasture utilization and animal welfare. Monil is now establishing its first presence in the United States, with an initial base in the Kansas City region. The company's focus for 2026 is to work with cattle producers across Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. The initial US team is small, temporarily relocated from Monil's European organization, and will eventually transition to a permanently Midwest-based team. New hires will be integral to building and shaping Monil's long-term presence in the United States. As a Farmer Success Manager, your primary role is to ensure producers successfully adopt and utilize the Monil system on their operations. You will work directly with ranchers, guiding them from their initial setup through long-term use in the field, ensuring they derive tangible value from the technology.
