About The Position

This is a customer facing retail role. We are hiring students and adults to help customers with their purchases and ring through transactions accurately and timely. Setting up and closing the Main Barn exit area is part of this position. This includes keeping our barn clean and orderly, taking inventory, and doing extra tasks as needed. This position is scheduled up to a week in advance. If you see yourself thriving at a unique, fast-paced, and growing attraction, you may be interested in applying for the Farm Store role. Requirements

Age 18 and older
An eagerness to learn
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
A problem solver who can work in a very fast paced environment
Ability to commit to weekend hours
Ability to smile, laugh and have fun for 6- 8 hours
Able to follow instructions and work independently as well as work as part of a team
Ability to interact with the public and Wickham Farms team in a professional, welcoming manner with good communication skills
Ability to smile for 6-8 hours straight
Ability to be on your feet, standing tall all day long
Attentive to detail and embrace the philosophy that “Everything Speaks”
Friendly, outgoing personality interacting with large groups of people
