Oversee daily sales, retail, warehouse and overall performance of the farm store. Implement merchandise and retail strategies, lead customer support initiatives and train & develop team members. Responsible for the growth and success of the store's production and profitability efforts. Collaborate with store team to develop strategies for achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals. Work with customers on challenges, as well as look for opportunities for new potential accounts & market growth. Implement and maintain staffing needs and scheduling. Serve as subject matter expert for merchandise and services within the store. Manage proper product usage, drive inventory counts and management of supplies – anticipating customer needs and market demands.
