About The Position

EverGRO is hiring a part-time Farm Store Associate in Upperville to support customers and keep the store running smoothly during busy hours. This role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, stocking shelves, managing inventory, loading/unloading deliveries, operating a forklift, filling propane cylinders, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. The position offers steady part-time hours and hands-on work in a farm store setting.

Requirements

• No previous experience required; agriculture interests (horses, cattle, gardening, plants, small animals) are a plus
• Willing and able to operate a forklift, lift product, and work indoors and outdoors
• Valid Driver’s License
• Availability to work 3–4 days/week during store hours; preference for closing shifts and rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and solutions
• Run the register and handle checkout, exchanges, and returns
• Stock shelves, replenish merchandise, and support inventory counts
• Load/unload deliveries and customer purchases; operate a forklift as needed
• Fill propane cylinders
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe store/warehouse
