As the Farm Operations Specialist, you'll be at the heart of everything happening on the farm. You'll help keep daily operations running smoothly while welcoming visitors, supporting community events, coordinating daily workforce activities, and helping create an environment where people feel valued, respected, and accountable. No two days are the same. One morning you may be greeting a school group for a farm tour, coordinating deliveries, and helping volunteers get started. Later that day you may be assisting the Farm Manager with participant accountability, ensuring work crews are where they need to be, supporting educational programs, or helping prepare for a community event. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working with people, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact in their community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily farm operations and visitor access.
• Welcome visitors, volunteers, vendors, and community partners.
• Support individuals participating in our workforce development and recovery programs by reinforcing accountability and workplace expectations.
• Track attendance, work hours, and daily operational activities.
• Conduct routine rounds of the farm to promote safety and organization.
• Assist with educational programs, volunteer activities, and community events.
• Work alongside a dedicated team committed to serving others through sustainable agriculture and recovery.
