About The Position

This role involves preparing and assembling food for staff, cleaning assigned areas within the farm, and performing production data entry. The position requires working closely with staff needs, maintaining a monthly budget for meals, and creating a meal plan in advance. Responsibilities also include general cleaning of interior farm spaces, managing laundry, monitoring inventory, and ordering kitchen supplies. The role may also involve assisting with general tasks in the barn, such as wean room preparation and supply room organization. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for work and assigned meetings, including grocery pick-ups.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food for staff.
Clean interior rooms as assigned in the farm.
Perform production data entry.
Work closely with staff needs within the job description.
Help to maintain PIPESTONE core values throughout the farm.
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Act as a mentor to help build healthy relationships with the team.
Maintain meal plan within a monthly and per person budget.
Create meal plan for one month in advance.
Prep and cook lunch Monday -- Friday with leftovers prepared/portioned for weekend staff.
General cleaning of interior spaces of the farm.
Sort, wash, dry, fold and organize daily laundry.
Monitor inventory and order supplies for food prep and kitchen needs.
Data entry and ability to work with company computer programs.
Help with general tasks in the barn as needed, including wean room prep and supply room cleaning/organizing.
Pick up groceries.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
