About The Position

The Retail Floor Farm Market Associate at Huber’s Orchard & Winery provides exceptional guest service while supporting daily operations within the Farm Market. Associates may be assigned to or rotate between the Snack Bar, Cashier, Retail Floor, or Bakery departments based on business needs. This role helps create a welcoming, family-friendly environment that reflects Huber’s commitment to quality products and memorable guest experiences. Success in this position requires strong teamwork, attention to cleanliness and safety, and the ability to work efficiently during high-volume seasonal periods.

• Demonstrate flexibility during peak business periods
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain presentation standards
• Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness
• Assist guests with locating merchandise
• Support seasonal and promotional displays
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the retail space
