About The Position

R.J. Corman Railroad Group is currently seeking a Farm Laborer to join our team in Nicholasville, KY. This role involves general landscaping duties and activities necessary for the efficient upkeep of the farm.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical capacity test.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to perform physical strenuous work
• Able to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Able to navigate into confined spaces as necessary
• Requires frequent twisting while operating equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Enjoy working outdoors.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating mowers and other landscaping equipment is preferred
