About The Position

The Installation Technician supports projects across farm locations by installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment. This role requires flexibility, safe work practices, and a willingness to assist where needed.

Requirements

• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Follow instructions and complete work accurately
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Ability to operate a forklift and/or pallet jack safely and effectively
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Basic experience with power tools; mechanical aptitude preferred
• Reliable transportation for frequent travel between sites
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Take initiative to stay productive between projects

Responsibilities

• Travel between farm sites to complete assigned projects
• Install, replace, and maintain equipment (egg collectors, manure dryers, belts, scrapers, and related systems)
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, boom lifts, and telehandlers
• Keep work areas clean and organized and follow all safety rules and procedures
• Follow biosecurity and PPE requirements at all locations
• Perform other duties as assigned
