As the welcoming face of our establishment, you will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay, providing personalized assistance and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in a hotel, resort, or private club environment
  • Professional demeanor and appearance with strong teamwork abilities in fast-paced settings
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to interact patiently and diplomatically with guests
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure during busy periods

Responsibilities

  • Champion of Auberge Culture and values
  • Prepare guest documentation including itineraries, welcome letters, and waivers to facilitate smooth check-in/out processes
  • Answer and direct phone calls according to company protocols
  • Document guest preferences in the Opera system and communicate them to relevant departments
  • Guide guests around the property and arrange on-site transportation when needed
  • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Process billing accurately following Front Desk procedures
  • Document irregularities in the departmental logbook and alert management as appropriate
  • Serve as a property ambassador by providing information about reservations, amenities, local attractions, spa services, and dining options
  • Maintain an organized Front Desk area with all necessary materials readily available
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Wildflower Farms facilities to effectively promote services to guests
  • Build collaborative relationships within the Front Office and understand the operations of all hotel departments
