About The Position

Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, HUB operates from offices throughout North America, offering tailored insurance solutions and advocacy to protect clients. As a Farm Account Advisor, you will be a key player in delivering professional, efficient, and courteous service to clients regarding Farm Insurance. This full-time, permanent position, based at the Regina-Broad St branch, involves identifying client needs, educating them on available insurance solutions, and promoting the sale of company products, emphasizing the benefits of bundling all insurance requirements with HUB International.
Requirements
- Level 2 Insurance License
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Friendly, outgoing personality with superior client service skills
- Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal
- Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment
- Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems
Nice To Haves
- Working towards a CAIB designation
- 2-5 years’ experience of Insurance sales experience
