In this role, you must be passionate about working in the hospitality industry and execute a Cosmworthy experience, while creating a memorable experience for our guests. Our Guest Services team members will ensure the highest level of hospitality is delivered to fans at all times by providing best-in-class services as it relates to greeting arriving fans, assisting with ticket sales, selling & restocking of retail items, scanning tickets, thanking departing fans, and assisting with any questions or concerns fans may have. Guest Services may also be responsible for answering telephone calls, ushering fans throughout the venue, assisting with event set up and break down, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all fans and team members alike.
