About The Position

In this role, you must be passionate about working in the hospitality industry and execute a Cosmworthy experience, while creating a memorable experience for our guests. Our Guest Services team members will ensure the highest level of hospitality is delivered to fans at all times by providing best-in-class services as it relates to greeting arriving fans, assisting with ticket sales, selling & restocking of retail items, scanning tickets, thanking departing fans, and assisting with any questions or concerns fans may have. Guest Services may also be responsible for answering telephone calls, ushering fans throughout the venue, assisting with event set up and break down, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all fans and team members alike.

Requirements

Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills required.
Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
Must be of legal age to work unrestricted hours as outlined by local ordinances and state laws.
Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds.
Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
Will be occasionally kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Will seldom be sitting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Previous guest services and / or retail experience is preferred but not required.

Ensure each fan is taken care of upon entering the building to leaving the building.
Be knowledgeable of the Company’s products, services, current promotions, and recurring events.
Willingly, and with positive attitude, follow direction of all supervisors, including additional requests for side work, cleaning, etc.
Comply with, and support, all policies set forth by the Cosm employee handbook and training manuals.
Be able to work a variety of shifts, based on the need volume of the operation (late hours, holidays, weekend, etc.).
Consistently be friendly and outgoing toward guests, management, and fellow team members.
Work well in a fast-paced environment.
Work well under pressure.
Demonstrate good time management skills and communication skills.
Follow Company and state safety guidelines to provide a safe working environment.
