The Fan Ambassador role requires a passion for the hospitality industry and focuses on delivering a "Cosmworthy" and memorable experience for guests. Guest Services team members are responsible for providing best-in-class hospitality, including greeting arriving fans, assisting with ticket sales, selling and restocking retail items, scanning tickets, thanking departing fans, and addressing any questions or concerns. They may also handle telephone calls, usher fans throughout the venue, assist with event setup and breakdown, and ensure the safety and well-being of all fans and team members.
