About The Position

Professional Services Group (PSG) is hiring a Supervised Visitation Worker for its Supervised Visitation Program in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The role provides court-ordered supervision for visits between children in temporary foster care placement and their families. The worker arranges and supervises visits, observes interactions, and transports children to and from visits when necessary. This is a part-time role with some scheduling flexibility through coordination directly with clients. Local travel to client homes and visits is required, with mileage reimbursement. The schedule is 10–15 hours per week, primarily during evenings and/or weekends. Pay is $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation on a daily basis.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in social services, human services, criminal justice, early childhood education, or child care is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge of child development to conduct safe visits and encourage positive, interactive family visits.
• Monitor interactions between children and family members during visits.
• Redirect families and provide feedback as needed.
• Safely transport individuals to and from visits.
• Use judgment to intervene as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations.
• Arrange and supervise court-ordered visits.
• Travel to client homes and/or transport clients to visits as required.
