About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Family Partner based in Goldsboro, NC , who will provide support across Wayne, Wilson, and Lenoir counties as part of our Mobile Crisis Team . Your Role in Our Mission As a Family Partner, you’ll use your personal experience raising a child who has received behavioral health services to connect, empower, and advocate for families. Working as part of a mobile crisis team, you’ll provide understanding, emotional support, and practical strategies that strengthen family stability and resilience—helping parents and caregivers feel supported and capable during their most difficult moments. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human services field
A minimum of two year of crisis experience with MH/DD/SA population.
Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a good driving record
