Comprehensive Healthcare provides innovative behavioral health and integrated healthcare services to clients of all ages. As part of the WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) team, the Family Partner uses personal and professional life experiences to provide peer support to youth and families served by the WISe program. The Family Partner encourages clients to assert control over their lives and recovery process by promoting self-advocacy, positive socialization, community living skills, and reliance on natural supports. The Family Partner also serves as a bridge between the family and treatment team to ensure that each party’s information & perspectives are shared and understood. This role requires a willingness to use one’s own experiences to help others, routine work outside of the office and regular business hours, and Youth & Family Peer Support certification by in Washington State. The schedule for this role is mostly Monday-Friday day shift, but may occasionally require work outside of standard business hours to meet the needs of client families served.
