About The Position

Ready to lead with heart? We’re looking for a passionate, energetic Family Services Team Lead, Evenings to join our amazing team! You’ll supervise and support our Y-Play, YAC, and revenue-generating programs, ensuring every child and family feels welcomed, engaged, and safe. You’ll also help drive staff hiring, development, and daily operations, making a real impact every single day!

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience working in youth or family programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Certifications (or willingness to obtain): CPR Pro/First Aid/AED within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily program operations and provide shift support to staff.
• Help with scheduling, staff hiring, program development, and marketing.
• Build strong relationships with members, staff, and parents.
• Champion our YMCA core values and help maintain a safe, fun environment for all participants.
• Jump in to assist with staff training, meetings, and the annual giving campaign!
