The Family Services Program Manager leads a team responsible for the oversight of the Substance Use Prevention, Recovery and Treatment Services block grant and other prevention services. Through a network of community partnerships and contracted providers, effective substance use prevention education and services are delivered to youth across the state. This position is responsible for developing contracts and budgets, monitoring programmatic and fiscal compliance, and adhering to best practice approaches. The Manager prepares quarterly and annual reports, represents the Division and Department in a variety of committees and workgroups, supports professional development and capacity building of the prevention workforce and provides direct supervision of staff.
