About The Position

Join NorthStar Memorial Group as a Family Service Advisor at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery in Nashville, TN. At NorthStar, we’re redefining how families honor and celebrate the lives of their loved ones. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Family Service Advisor (Sales Professional) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will leverage your expertise in upselling and lead generation to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our sales initiatives.

Requirements

Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
1 year Sales experience

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
A passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets while maintaining high levels of customer service.
