About the Role of Family Security Planner We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and compassionate individual to step into the role of Family Security Planner . In this position, you will work to solve one of the community's most pressing issues: financial illiteracy. We pride ourselves on a commitment to excellence, helping families achieve peace of mind by making the concepts of financial independence and security accessible to everyone. This role is 100% remote, giving you complete control over your schedule. We provide all the online tools, mentoring, and in-house training you need to build a successful career. Because our system is highly education-focused, no prior financial experience is required . We prioritize a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, integrity, and a genuine desire to help people above all else.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a passion for serving others.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Connect directly with clients and associates to understand their financial needs and build long-term relationships based on trust and total satisfaction.
• Custom Financial Education: Share valuable knowledge and tailored strategies regarding budgeting, debt reduction, investments, savings, retirement, and insurance-based protection.
• Strategic Planning: Work collaboratively with clients to design customized financial plans that fit their unique family goals and long-term legacy dreams.
• No Cold Calling: Focus on educational outreach and warm connections--we do not cold call or go door-to-door.
• Team Collaboration: Engage with a supportive team of like-minded individuals and business mentors who are dedicated to your personal and professional growth.
