Whatcom Center for Early Learning (WCEL) is seeking a Family Resources Coordinator (FRC) to join their Early Support services team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive, family-centered early support services for children from birth to three years old and their families. The position operates under the provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part C, Early Intervention Section, and follows the guidance of Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) and WCEL guidelines. WCEL is a non-profit organization founded in 1973, serving young children and families in Whatcom County, WA, with a focus on those experiencing developmental delays and disabilities. The organization has an annual budget of $5 million and approximately 70 employees.
