About The Position

Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a full-time Family Preservation Therapist to join their compassionate team in Evansville, IN. This role involves providing clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapeutic services to children and families, both in the clinic and in the community, to support their stability and growth. Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
Licensed Professional (or temporary license, if candidate is an MSW in pursuit of licensure).
Licensure may include LSW, LCAC, LMFT, LCSW, or comparable license.
Eligible for licensure within State of Indiana.
Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance that meets the Indiana State minimum coverage requirement and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and treatment services according to Southwestern policies.
Perform diagnostic evaluations and emergency/crisis intervention for children and their families.
Provide individual, group, conjoint, and family therapy to youth and their families, either in the home/community, office, or school setting.
Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect progress and document treatment plans and goals.
Maintain documentation and submit reports according to established time frames.
Communicate professionally, make referrals and coordinate services with community agencies.
Meet efficiency standards which include chart management, production requirements and patient contact standards.
Conduct consultation and education activities to community and professional groups as needed.
Maintain contact with other service providers, community agencies, schools and civic organizations to enhance community awareness and public relations.
