About The Position

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a dedicated Family Preservation Specialist to join their team. This role focuses on supporting families during the reunification process through hands-on case management, parenting education, and family support services. The specialist will collaborate with professionals like social workers, psychologists, and educators to ensure child safety and well-being. JusticeWorks operates with a "KidsFirst!" approach, emphasizing strengths-based services for long-term success and reunification. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or high school diploma with one (1) year of experience working with youth and families
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass all required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with JFS to support family reunification efforts
• Provide case management services and parenting education/classes
• Promote inclusive, strengths-based teamwork with families and community partners
• Support parents in developing skills to safely care for their children
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program and compliance standards
