About The Position
Join a long-standing, primary care practice that has proudly served the St. Augustine community for over 30 years. You will join 2 physicians, 1 NP, and a supportive office team in a warm, patient-centered environment. The office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and remains closed on major holidays. Call is shared by phone only. The position offers a broad scope of Family Medicine care, with a patient mix primarily adult-geriatric with some pediatrics and adolescent care. It is a collaborative, well-established team in a modern, efficient office setting.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide a broad scope of Family Medicine care.
- Manage a patient mix primarily adult-geriatric with some pediatrics and adolescent care.
- Participate in shared call rotation by phone only.
