About The Position
Join a Primary Care group committed to providing physicians with the tools and support needed to care for patients while maintaining a meaningful work-life balance. This role involves a full scope of outpatient family medicine, including some ancillary services. Office-based procedures are encouraged and supported. The call schedule is shared among 5 physicians, phone-only. The practice is located in NW Indiana, offering a variety of recreational activities, a historic downtown with cafes and shops, outdoor concerts, award-winning theaters, and dynamic museums.
Requirements
- Physician licensed in Indiana
- Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine
