About The Position

The organization operates healthcare centers offering primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services to patients of all ages. The Family Physician will provide community-based outpatient primary care in a team setting. The role offers a predictable weekday schedule, competitive compensation, and work-life balance. The practice sees 16–20 patients per day and uses eClinicalWorks EMR. There is no call, weekend work, late-night work, inpatient rounding, or admitting.
Requirements
- Board-certified Family Physician.
- Current Texas medical license required.

- Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care to patients in a community-based setting.

- Base salary of $220,000–$230,000 annually.
