About The Position

Salud Family Health is seeking a Board Certified Family Physician for their Community Health Clinic in Sterling, CO. This role does not require hospital work. The clinic is an FQHC/Community Health Center committed to providing a Medical Home with integrated services including medical, dental, and behavioral health, coordinated by a team-based system of care. They serve all individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay, aiming to improve the quality of life for those with limited access to healthcare.

Requirements

Graduation from an approved school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine.
Possess a license to practice medicine in good standing in the State of Colorado.
Board certification in family medicine.
Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must.
J1 visa waiver docs are eligible, but board certification has to be in family medicine.

Nice To Haves

Ability to speak Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide medical care to patients at the Community Health Clinic.
Work within a team-based system of care.
Coordinate efforts with medical, dental, behavioral health services, and clinical pharmacists.
