About The Position

We are seeking a BC/BE Family Physician for a locum tenens assignment in South Carolina. This position involves working in an outpatient FQHC setting, seeing an average of 20 patients per day with 2 support staff. The provider will work solo and must have experience in this capacity. The assignment is for 1-3 months, starting July 1, 2026, with a potential for contract to hire. The preferred schedule includes specific hours at two different locations: Tuesday and Thursday (Sampit) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday and Friday (Frasier) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Wednesday (Frasier) from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The physician must see all ages.

Requirements

• Active SC license
• DEA
• BLS
• Experience working solo
