Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Texas Medical License or ability to obtain
- Active DEA Registration or ability to obtain
- Commitment to serving diverse and underserved patient populations
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive care, annual wellness exams, and routine screenings
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation utilizing eClinicalWorks (eCW)
