About The Position

Salud Family Health is seeking a Board Certified Family Physician for their Community Health Clinic in Sterling, CO. This role does not require hospital work. The clinic is an FQHC / Community Health Center that has been committed to providing a Medical Home to patients since 1970, integrating medical, dental, and behavioral health services with clinical pharmacists in a team-based system of care. They aim to improve the quality of life for patients who might otherwise have limited access to healthcare, serving all individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an approved school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine.
  • License to practice medicine in good standing in the State of Colorado.
  • Board certification in family medicine.
  • Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must.
  • J1 visa waiver docs are eligible, but board certification has to be in family medicine.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to speak Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medical care to patients at the Community Health Clinic.
