Position Summary Provides direct Family Peer Support services to member's guardians, caregivers, and care team. Provides guidance to SKY initiatives.
Requirements
- Must reside in Jefferson County, Kentucky
- Ability to travel up to 33% of the time
- Certification in or eligibility to become certified as a KY Family Peer Support Specialist
- Meets Eligibility Criteria: 1. Must be 18 years of age or older 2. Must be a self-identified parent or other family member who has lived experience with a care taking role of a youth family Member or Guardian of youth, and has received services related to a mental health, substance use, or co-occurring mental health and substance use disability from at least 1 child serving agency
