The Family Peer Advocate will act as an advocate for parents and link them to resources in their community when deemed appropriate and when programmatic resources permit. This role involves coordinating and implementing family support services as identified through the CFTSS (Children & Family Treatment and Support Services) and CHCBS (Children’s Home and Community Based Services) plan process. The position utilizes a strength-based family-centered approach to problem solving in collaboration with multiple community child and family providers.
