Family Outreach Coordinator
About The Position
Seacoast Mental Health Center is seeking a full-time Family Outreach Coordinator to join its Youth & Family Services leadership team in the Exeter office. The Center provides services intended to promote hope and recovery for children, adolescents, adults, and families in the eastern half of Rockingham County. The position combines supervision and professional development of Family Outreach Specialists with a small direct-service caseload. The Coordinator provides services to children, adolescents, and their families in home and community settings, participates in meetings related to clinical care, coordinates targeted care, and consults with prescribers and clinical staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
- Prior experience working with children, teens, and families.
- Strong work ethic, organization, and time management skills.
- Prior supervisory experience is sought.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group supervision to a team of Family Outreach Specialists.
- Support Family Outreach Specialists’ professional development and use of evidence-based practices in care.
- Maintain a small caseload and provide services to children, adolescents, and their families in home and community settings.
- Participate in internal and external meetings related to clinical care.
- Provide targeted care coordination.
- Consult with prescribers and clinical staff.
