About The Position
BayCare Medical Group is seeking an experienced board-certified/board-eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician to join their practice in Winter Haven, Florida. This is an outpatient-only practice with no obstetrics, serving patients aged 6 and older. The office operates from 8 am to 5 pm. The group emphasizes a flexible work week (5-day or 4-day options), a professional and personally rewarding environment with a focus on work-life balance, an exceptional compensation model with upward growth potential, built-in administrative time, and the concept of a true medical home with continuity of care. Physicians will be supported by a network of over 46 different specialties and 16 not-for-profit hospitals within the BayCare Health System.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
