Requirements

  • 0-2 years work experience
  • Bachelor's degree, Business, Economics, or Finance major preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Motivated person with the ability to work independently as well as a contributing member of the team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Create clear and compelling reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to Family Office teams
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data to derive actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Responsible for all team time entry and reconciliation between Workday and Aderant
  • Ownership of day-to-day administrative tasks; i.e. time entry, mailings, and expense reports
  • Support management of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintenance of Operating Rhythms: inclusive of notetaking, tracking action items and deadlines, and organizing file structures
  • Work collectively with the various stakeholders to implement initiatives determined by the project sponsor
  • Stay updated on the latest analytical tools, methodologies, and business trends to bring innovative solutions to Family Office Services
