About The Position
A facility near Lebanon, NH is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their primary care team! This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a schedule of M-F; five 8-hour shifts. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan. Responsibilities include performing routine physical exams and preventive health screenings, developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, and providing patient education and health counseling.
Requirements
- Must have 3 or more years working in a primary care setting.
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain a license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Will be required to have BLS upon hire.
Responsibilities
