About The Position
We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants predictable work-life balance, meaningful community impact, and the autonomy to practice comprehensive primary care. You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on whole-person primary care, health promotion, disease prevention, chronic disease management, patient education, and referrals. You’ll have full clinical support while maintaining meaningful autonomy in a mission-driven, team-based environment.
Requirements
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- 1–3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
- Hold or can obtain a clear and active Indiana license
- Maintain prescriptive authority, DEA, and current CPR certification
- Value compassionate, whole-person primary care
Nice To Haves
- Spanish bilingual ability is preferred
