About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this primary care provider role. This position requires a clinically confident, independent provider who can manage a full spectrum of care across all ages while operating in a single-provider clinic environment.

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice
  • Ability to independently manage a full patient panel
  • Strong clinical judgment across acute, chronic, and preventative care
  • Comfortable working as the sole provider in a rural setting
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
  • Stable and consistent employment history
  • Provider comfortable with autonomy and decision-making
  • Clinician who values continuity of care in a close-knit community
  • Flexible and resourceful in lower-resource environments

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in family medicine or primary care settings
  • Experience practicing in rural or underserved communities
  • Comfort managing variable patient volumes independently
  • Familiarity with EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks (eCW)
  • Bilingual capabilities
  • NP with rural or independent practice experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform preventative care, routine exams, and health screenings
  • Manage daily patient volumes that fluctuate seasonally
  • Operate independently as the primary provider within the clinic
  • Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation and care coordination
  • Collaborate with support staff and local healthcare resources as needed
  • Participate in light weekday call coverage via phone
